Vitalia’s innovative products presented at the largest confectionery fair – ISM, Cologne
The Macedonian company Vitalia successfully presented for the 6th time on the largest confectionery fair – ISM, Cologne. Vitalia has expanded its portfolio with new products Keto truffles and Protein Cookie, reaching out to a global audience and using the four fair days to open new perspectives and find new potential markets.
The ISM Fair in Cologne is a gathering of all international relevant market participants from the confectionery industry and thus proves its biggest function as the most important business center, export stimulus and innovation platform. During four trade fair days (02-05.02), participants exchanged experiences, opinions and knowledge to improve production, find new inspiration, expand their network and present their innovations to 37,000 trade visitors from 148 countries who attended the fair.
Vitalia introduced two new products – Keto truffles and Protein Cookie, which immediately became a topic of discussion for the audience. These are sweet products with an innovative recipe based on the trend for products with natural ingredients, reduced sugars and carbohydrates and high protein content. Especially designed for dynamic daily activities and for modern consumers who lead an active and fast lifestyle and want to eat healthy.
