The sesame is extremely rich in iron, calcium, manganese, copper, magnesium and selenium. Among the vitamins, most special is vitamin E, which is a powerful antioxidant preventing: the cells from aging, tumor appearance and hearth diseases. It is also a rich source of thiamin B1, pyridoxine B6, niacin, folic acid and riboflavin.

The sunflower seed is among the first 20 most powerful supplies in the battle against cancer, and as a result, it has been classified as super food. Rich in vitamins – vitamin E the most, then B vitamins, beta carotene, vitamin D6 and others in lower quantities. Sesame
