Ideal choice for a crunchy breakfast. Serving suggestion: put 5-8 tbs of cornflakes into a bowl of milk and leave for 5 min. For a better taste, add a spoon of wheat sprouts, dry or fresh fruit, honey, barley malt or brown sugar.
