Coconut flakes are produced by a process of drying the fruit at a temperature lower than 50ºC, which keeps all the nutrients in the product. Coconut is rich in saturated fats that maintain and nourish good health.

Recommended daily intake: Vitalia Exotic muesli is an optimal meal with balanced nutrition of fats, proteins a carbs and fibers. In a normal daily menu of 2000Kcal, we recommend a portion of 50-120g Exotic muesli.
