Granola - how to consume it?
Soak 4 tablespoons (55g) in Vitalia plant-based drinks, yogurt, kefir, milk or consume it on its own - as a crunchy snack!

Oat flakes

Dark chocolate

Chia seeds are an ancient superfood which is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, B vitamins and minerals. They are extremely beneficial for weight management and fat metabolism.


Cocoa contains several minerals including calcium, copper, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium and zinc. All of these minerals are found in greater quantities in the cocoa powder than either the cocoa butter or cocoa liquor.
