Soak 4 tablespoons (55g) in Vitalia plant-based drinks, yogurt, kefir, milk or consume it on its own - as a crunchy snack!

Oat flakes

Oat flakes are nutritious, versatile components of cereals, oatmeal and muesli. They contain important proteins, dietary fibers, vitamins and other nutrients that support good digestion and provide optimal health.


Coconut is found in tropical regions where it is used for the white "meat" and coconut water inside the nut. It is rich with lauric acid, and high in fiber and minerals, especially potassium.


Stevia is an extract from the plant Stevia rebaudiana. It is low-calorie and suitable for diabetics, with twice the sweetness of sugar.

Corn flakes

Corn flakes are a breakfast cereal made by toasting flakes of corn. It’s a healthy and nutritious food rich in carbohydrates, proteins, magnesium and iron, vitamin B-12, B6, vitamin D and A.


Almond is a nutritionally dense nut providing a rich source of B vitamins, vitamin E and minerals – calcium, copper, iron and zinc. It contains omega-3 fatty acids and a substantial amount of fatty acids.

White chocolate

White chocolate is a chocolate derivative. It commonly consists of cocoa butter, sugar and milk solids and is characterized by a pale yellow or ivory color.

Quinoa flakes

Each little quinoa seed is rolled flat to make a flake. That means quinoa flakes have all the same great properties of quinoa: gluten-free, high in plant-based protein and full of good fiber.


Milk is a white liquid nutrient-rich food produced by the mammary glands of mammals. It is rich in calcium, whole protein and a number of other nutrients such as B vitamins. It has high bioavailability.
