The seven seeds, present even 31% - flax, pumpkin, chia, sunflower, sesame, black seed and cumin are rich in omega-3 fatty acids which help in regulation of blood pressure, cholesterol and reduce risk of cardiovascular diseases.
With 35% oat flakes, they are rich in dietary fiber which improve digestion and reduce bloating and flatulance. ul>
