It’s made entirely of pea proteins & vegetables, which makes its production incomparably more environment friendly.
It’s easy to make and it takes only 5 minutes. Just add water, oil, and mix – and it is ready for grill or a frying pan. 180 g of dry mix makes 400 g of ready to cook mix that can be used to make the best veggie burger out there.

Instructions for use: Pour the contents of the bag (180g) into a bowl, add 300ml of lukewarm water and oil if desired. Mix well and leave the mixture for 10 minutes. Form burgers, balls, steaks, or crumbs as preferred. Cook in a pan with preheated oil (3-4 minutes) or bake in the oven for about 15 minutes at 2000C. It can be used as a substitute of meat and as an addition to cooked meals (pasta sauces, stews, salty spreads, tortilla filling ...)

pea protein 57%, seeds 16% (sesame, sunflower, pumpkin, flax, black seed), thickener: methylcellulose, dried vegetables and spices (onion, garlic, carrot, parsley, dill, basil), table salt, vitamin B12.
