Gluten-free fusilli with tuna and tomato sauce
1 packet of gluten-free fusilli Vitalia
2 tablespoons unrefined sunflower oil Vitalia
20 black olives, chopped
400ml tomato sauce
1 tablespoon Vita Spice Vitalia
Salt and black pepper
Put the fusilli in boiling water to cook for 10-12 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Fry the onion, finely chopped, in olive oil in a Teflon pan. Then add the olives and tuna. After 4-5 minutes, add the tomato sauce and spices, leave the sauce on low heat for 5-6 minutes to get the desired density.
Add the cooked fusilli into the sauce pan and mix well. Serve with Parmesan and finely chopped basil (optional).
