Gluten free macaroni with green pesto sauce
1 package of gluten-free macaroni – Vitalia
50g raw cashews
2 tbsp sesame oil – Vitalia
1 tsp vegetable seasoning Vitalia Vita Spice
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tomato (finely chopped)
First cook the gluten-free macaroni.
Sauce preparation – in a blender put the cashews, fresh basil, sesame oil, vegetable seasoning and garlic powder. Blend until getting thick homogenous mixture. Pour the sauce over the cooked pasta and add the finely chopped tomatoes.
