Healthy crunchy-chocolate ice-cream
2 tsp barley malt – Vitalia
2 tbsp coconut oil – Vitalia
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp crushed hazelnuts
2 tbsp ground granola – Vitalia
In a blender, put the avocado, banana, barley malt, coconut oil, cocoa powder and water and blend well. Once you get a homogenous mixture, add the crushed hazelnuts and ground granola to the mixture. Stir well with a spoon and pour the mixture in a suitable ice-cream mould. Leave it in freezer for about 1-2 hours.
