Ingredients:

150 ml olive oil

150 ml beer (if necessary, you can add more)

1 tsp baking powder

50 g flax seed – Vitalia

50 g integral sesame – Vitalia

50 g pumpkin seeds – Vitalia

50 g sunflower seeds -Vitalia

little bit Himalayan salt, oregano, black pepper and turmeric (seasoning added according to taste)

200 g integral wheat flour – Vitalia

200 g integral rye flour – Vitalia

Preparation:

First mix the dry ingredients, then add the beer and after that the oil. The mixture should not be sticky and should be easy to mould with hands. First make small tiny balls or use a mould in different shapes. Bake the crackers at a temperature of 130-150°С for around 40-50 minutes depending on the oven’s heating capacity.
