Whole wheat strawberry cake
350 gr integral wheat flour – Vitalia
150 gr oat flakes – Vitalia Go Nutri
1 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp brown sugar Muscovado – Vitalia
50 ml olive oil
1 glass rice milk – Vitalia (2 tbsp rice milk in powder are dissolved in 200 ml water)
200 g finely chopped strawberries
coconut sprinkles for decoration
First, in a deep bowl mix the eggs, milk and brown sugar, then add the olive oil and continue mixing. Add the flour, oat flakes and baking powder at the end and mix again.
Sprinkle the baking container with olive oil and pour the mixture. Add the strawberries on top and bake for 25 minutes at 180°С.
