Create an account

In order for you to be able to purchase from our website, you must be a registered user. The registration process is very simple and you only need to enter your personal information.
Select a product or a service and continue to the shopping cart guided by the instructions on the screen.

Selection of products

You can view the products by category/ type or functionality. By selecting a particular category orsubcategory and functionality, you will be shown products only from that category and with the chosen functionality.

Shopping cart

An overview of all the products you want to purchase is enabled at any time. By simply clicking on the shopping cart icon, in the upper right corner of the website, you will open a page listing all the products selected for purchase. You can easily delete products from your cart or increase your order.

Ordering products from the cart

When you are ready to make a purchase, it is only necessary on the site where the cart is located to click on the button “PROCEED TO PAYMENT” to make the payment. You will be asked to sign up or log in to your account. When you are ready to make a purchase, you need to select a delivery address, and a payment method. You will then be taken to the completion page of the purchase. It is done with a payment card.

Payment

Payment is exclusive with VISA EC / MC or Maestro card.
If you have changed your mind about buying and want to change something, you can simply click on the “CONTINUE BUYING” field. Returning to the payment section is done by clicking on the cart icon.

Product return


After you receive the delivery, please check the product if it has visible damage (torn parts or crush) or the product is not in accordance with your order, please contact us at +389 2 3217 177 or send us an email with your own data (name, surname and phone) at contact@vitalia.com.mk and specify the reasons why you want to make the replacement / return of the package. Please contact us no later than 24 hours after the receipt of the delivery. Our operators will notify you of the further procedure, as soon as possible.
You can make the replacement of the product in agreement with our online sales coordinators.

Protection of privacy


In order to process the orders successfully, we need the name and surname of the ordering party, the address of the residence, the e-mail address and the telephone number. With the help of the mentioned data we can deliver the desired products, as well as to inform the buyers about the current status of the order.
On behalf of the company Vitalia we undertake to protect the privacy of our Customers. We collect only the necessary basic data for the customers (users) and the data necessary for working and informing the users according to the business practices in order to provide quality service.
We give customers a choice, including the option of deciding whether they want to unsubscribe or not from the mailing list.
All customer / user data is strictly stored and available only to the IT sector managers who are required to fulfill their regular work activities. Managers from the IT technical support sector in the Vitalia Group are responsible for respecting the privacy principles.
The data you enter when paying or purchasing from your payment card is not stored or transmitted through our servers. Transactions are processed through the payment processing system of the bank with which we are cooperating a commercial bank that is sophisticated for transaction processing. At the time you make the payment and enter the data, they are processed through the security protocol of the bank using and for us the data from your payment card is not visible to us.

Product replacement


The products are replaced only under the conditions stated in the Law on Consumer Protection.
In case of return of goods or refund to a buyer who previously paid with a payment card, and regardless of the reason for the return, Vitalia has the obligation to return the funds only through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro, which means that the bank at the request of the seller, will make a refund to the account of the card user.
