We use the service of Eco Logistic Courier for the delivery of our shipments, but the order itself is prepared and packed by the Vitalia team to ensure a flawless and quality consumer experience.

After receiving the shipment, please check the product and if there is visible damage (torn parts or creases) or the product does not comply with your order, please contact us by phone at +389 2 3217 177 or send an email with your data (name, surname and phone) to firstname.lastname@example.org, or by filling out the form on the right, and state the reasons for which you want to exchange/return the package.
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment at the latest. Our operators will inform you about the further procedure as soon as possible. You can exchange the product in agreement with our online sales coordinators.

Vitalia currently delivers items only on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia.
Your order will be delivered to the address you provide as the shipping address.
The delivery time is within 2-3 days, except in the case of weekends or public holidays.
We use the services of Eko Logistic Courier for the delivery of your shipment, and it will be delivered to the address you specify for delivery, every day (except Sundays or public holidays) in the period from 08:00 to 17:30.
