Maltex | Barley Malt

Vitalia’s Barley Malt Syrup is a natural sweetener made from whole grain barley.

With its dark brown color and exquisite taste and smell of malt, it is similar to honey.

It contains carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins B (B1, B2, B4, B5, B6), vitamin E and provitamin A, as well as minerals (Na, K, Ca, Mg, Fe).

The minerals and vitamins are extracted through a special technological process and their maximum biological value is stored. The composition of carbohydrates provides a fast and permanent supplement for sugar loss.
