Diet Jam | Plum

Diet extra blue plum jam is produced by a traditional recipe with 55% fresh fruit coming from ecological and clean orchards in Macedonia. Sweetened with fructose – fruit sugar, it contains 35% less calories than the regular jam. The traditional preparation enables the diet jam to preserve all the nutrients present in the fruit.

The plum is rich in vitamins among which vitamins C, B6 and E are considered to be a genuine natural multivitamin.
