Wildflower Honey

Vitalia wildflower honey comes from the ecologically pure regions of Krusevo , Macedonia. It has a distinctive and pleasant taste and aroma.

Wildflower honey can be found in multiple colours: from light yellow to an almost dark brown color.
The darker the honey, the stronger the healing properties it contains. It has а Polish-flower aroma, and it is used for the treatment of complaints because of its prophylactic, nutritive and medicinal properties. Due to its richness and optimum balance of vitamins, minerals and enzymes, the daily use of wildflower honey strengthens the immune system.

Honey and other bee products should be kept longer in the mouth from where they enter the blood stream through the salivary glands and spread throughout the body. It will also have similar effect if you add the honey in lemonade, a glass of water or a cup of tea.

How to use: the recommended daily dosage for an adult is maximum 100g, segmented in three parts, while that quantity amounts to 30g for children (a tablespoon or three teaspoons) also segmented in three parts. Excessive consumption can cause allergies.
