SoVita soy milk contains no lactose, cholesterol, gluten or saturated fats. It is rich in natural plant estrogens which are important for regulating the hormonal status, especially among women. Research shows that the daily consumption of 60g soy milk reduces the risk of bones weakening as much as 45%. It is especially important during the menopause when the risk of osteoporosis is very high. It is easy to prepare: 2 tbsp SoVita powder dissolved in 250 ml hot or cold water and stir. For preparation of cold drinks, it is better to use a food mixer. You can prepare 2.5 litres of drink from 300g SoVita powder.
