Instructions for use: Pour the contents of the bag (180g) into a bowl, add 300ml of lukewarm water and oil if desired. Mix well and leave the mixture for 10 minutes. Form burgers, balls, steaks, or crumbs as preferred. Cook in a pan with preheated oil (3-4 minutes) or bake in the oven for about 15 minutes at 2000C. It can be used as a substitute of meat and as an addition to cooked meals (pasta sauces, stews, salty spreads, tortilla filling …)
