It is an original mixture of cereals (oat, rye, wheat), 35% exotic tropical fruit: pineapple, papaya, mango, dates, bananas, coconut and raisins that give tropical heat to all your mornings and 5% flax and sunflower seeds.   We have chosen the best-quality tropical fruit for our customers from the ecological regions of Taiwan that supplement the meal with natural vitamins and mineral, and give you the opportunity to experience the tropical areas of the Far East.  

  • The pineapple contains: potassium, provitamin A, vitamins E and C, B vitamins (biotin), vegetable fiber.
  • The papayas contains: Vitamins A, C, E, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, minerals: calcium, potassium.
  • The mango is rich in amino acids, vitamins E and C, flavonoids, beta carotene.
  • The dates contain: calcium, phosphorus – regulating and stimulating intestinal function through the 10 grams of dietary fiber present in them.
  • The banana contains: B6, magnesium, iron, potassium, vitamin C and vitamin B.
  • The coconut is rich in dietary fiber; it has low glycemic index and is a source of calcium and magnesium, thiamin and vitamin B6.
  • The raisin abounds in vegetable fiber, calcium and iron.

It represents a nutritive healthy meal for kids, sports people and pupils.   Build a healthy habit so that your day begins with a muesli meal (combination of corn flakes, fruit and seeds) completely soaked in milk that will guarantee a healthy and light meal full of energy.   Use: the preparation is easy and quick; soak 4 tablespoons of muesli (55g) in 200ml of milk or yoghurt and leave for 10 minutes.

60% cereals (oat flakes, rye flakes, corn flakes ( corn, salt, barley malt extract, emulsifier: soy lecithin), 35% fruits (pineapple, papaya, raisins, banana, coconut, dates, mango), seeds 5% (sunflower seeds, flax seeds).

Mango

Mango is a tropical fruit rich in phytonutrients- carotenoids, polyphenols and xanthoids. These compounds benefit eye function, skin care and regulation of the blood pressure.

Papaya

Papaya is an exotic fruit rich in vitamin C, folate as well as vitamin A. The pulp contains a variety of phytochemicals, including carotenoids and polyphenols.

Sunflower seeds

Sunflower seeds are a rich source of protein, dietary fiber, B vitamins and vitamin E. It also contains phytosterols which may contribute towards lower levels of blood cholesterol.

Flax seeds

Flax seed contains high levels of protein, dietary fiber, several B vitamins and dietary minerals. It is a great addition to salads, muesli and bars by offerings extra omega-3 fatty acids.

Dates

Bananas (not including the peel) are 75% water, 23% carbohydrates, 1% protein. A 100-gram serving supplies 89 Calories, 31% of the recommended values of vitamin B6, and moderate amounts of vitamin C, potassium, manganese and dietary fiber.

Raisins

Raisins are dried grapes rich in fructose and glucose. They contain certain antioxidants and are low in sodium and contain no cholesterol.
