The percentage sugar reduction is higher when compared with the previous Vitalia Crunchy Muesli recipe. To support this new recipe, market sales data were screened to identify and extract products in the Crunchy Muesli category. Total sugar content per 100g were obtained from in store audits of labels of packaging, manufacturer or retailers websites.
