Oat flakes are a well-balanced natural food. They are produced from the whole grain and preserve all the nutrients: proteins, vitamins, carbohydrates and minerals. They do not contain cholesterol and are rich in dietary fiber. Suitable for diabetics.
The oat is a cereal with incredible characteristics. It is rich in protein, vitamins (B group, vitamins K, E, D and provitamin A), minerals (calcium, phosphorus, potassium, iron, copper, zinc, manganese, sodium, magnesium, sulfur, iodine, fluorine and boron) and essential amino acids, which encourage the formation of red blood cells. The oat contains a growth hormone and is therefore recommendable for children. It has proved successful when treating diabetes (it has a similar effect as the insulin) and for that reason is a great food for diabetics.
The oat flakes are one of the richest products of B1 vitamin (thiamin) and just 100 grams of flakes meet 40% of the daily need for this vitamin, essential for the proper function of the nerves and muscles. All these characteristics of the oat follow Dr. Gansman’s recommendation that it is good to start every morning with a bowl of oat flakes so that you get an incredibly nutritional, healthy and curative meal.
In addition to being used in food, the oat can be used as a cure for diseases of: the kidneys, urinary bladder, urinary tract, stomach, guts, gall bladder tract (cirrhosis, hepatitis); blood cleansing, or when treating diabetes, leukemia, gangrene, various inflammation, spleen, pancreas and uterus conditions.
