Oats are a cereal with extraordinary characteristics and contain a series of nutrients that are important for the growth, formation and protection of the human organism. Wholegrain oatmeal is rich in proteins, vitamins (from the B group, vitamin K, E, D and provitamin A), minerals (calcium, phosphorus, potassium, iron, copper, zinc, manganese, sodium) and amino acids.
